Joshua Jorgge
Joshua Jorgge is a lifelong ECMMA athlete and one of the academy's greatest success stories. Having trained at ECMMA since childhood, Joshua has dedicated more than 15 years to the disciplines of wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, developing into one of the nation's top young grapplers. Today, he proudly represents Hofstra University as an NCAA Division I wrestler while continuing to coach and mentor the next generation of athletes at ECMMA.

As a coach, Joshua brings the mindset, discipline, and technical knowledge gained from competing at the highest levels of both wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His passion is helping students build confidence, master fundamental techniques, and develop the work ethic required to succeed both on and off the mat.
Joshua believes that martial arts is about much more than winning matches. It is about developing discipline, resilience, humility, and character—qualities that carry over into every aspect of life. Whether coaching young beginners, aspiring competitors, or adults looking to improve their skills, Joshua is committed to helping every student reach their full potential.
His journey—from a young student training at ECMMA to becoming a Division I wrestler and coach—is a reflection of the academy's mission: to develop champions on the mat and leaders in life.
